Cancellation/Termination
To avoid automatic renewal:
- Contracts with a period of use between one month and six months must be terminated in writing (email) at least four weeks before contract end.
- Contracts for more than 6 months must be terminated in writing (email) with 3 months notice.

To sign up to a Premium 250 from an existing Premium Unlimited package, you need to cancel the existing contract 4 weeks before it ends. Once your current contract is finished, you can sign up to a Premium 250 package. Please remember that not all website functions are available to Premium 250 members.

No, you can switch to a larger package at any time.
To do this:
- Log in and go to the membership overview (in the footer at the bottom of the page).
- Click the “Select” button next to the packageof your choice.
- Follow the instructions and purchase.
